Terralìa Primitivo

Our Terralìa Primitivo is obtained through a cryomaceration of the must at 2–3°C for 36 hours, followed by maceration at 26°C for 4 days, then a temperature reduction to 20°C until the end of fermentation. This is followed by gentle pressing, a 10-day sur lie aging, and maturation in stainless steel tanks.
